We hope you love our handcrafted jewelry as much as we do!
In the event you need to return for any reason: Due to being a small growing brand and the limited quantity of the products produced we only offer store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. The store credit equivalent of the returned item will be applied once the return is received. Should any merchandise be purchased on sale, all sales will be final.
Please email brianna@tse-wall.com with your order number in the subject of the email. Please make sure to include the receipt of the shipping cost within the body of the email.
Returned merchandise must be unworn. Returns that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted & will be sent back to the customer. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping when sending the item back to Tse-Wall, but we will apply that cost towards your store credit for the next time you shop with us. The store credit equivalent to the shipping cost will be applied once the item is successfully sent back to us.
*Should any merchandise be damaged or defective please email us immediately with the subject “damaged item.” For faster support, please include pictures of the damages.
